Blessing of the Animals.
In the tradition of the Church, we reflect the love that Saint Francis of Assisi had for all of God's creatures by blessing animals on the weekend nearest his Feast Day. To honor that tradition here at Holy Family, we will celebrate a Blessing of the Animals on Saturday October 6, at 9:30 am on the Soccer Field. Any animals are welcome, as long as they are either on a leach or in a carrier.
